Practical guidance such as the checklist for writing good OKRs and for the SMART OKR superpowers seem very useful. And you were responding to the questions we had as a group (not just following your own presentation but handling the content with a focus on the questions asked at the beginning of the training session). And the inspiring example of reaching the KR to gain weight but not contributing to the O to be more fit stayed with us during the entire day, which was brilliant 🙂
